Managing Intellectual Property (MIP), a global reference publication in the field of industrial property, recently published the 2023 edition of its prestigious IP Stars with a list of the leading trademark processing firms and recognising the work of the best IP legal services firms in the last year. For the seventh consecutive year, the Trademarks area led by our Director of Trademarks and Brand Intelligence, Carmen González Candela, successfully placed PONS IP among the leading firms in the sector in Spain, within Tier 2.
To determine the ranking, MIP analysts use a methodology based on interviews, questionnaires and e-mails to clients, as well as the opinion of other companies in the sector. The questions assess the amount of information available about each firm and its accessibility, the strength of the team, the achievements obtained for clients and the company’s track record, including the publication in the analysis of all firms specialised in Industrial Property in more from 70 countries.
IP STARS is an exclusive annual publication based on a six-month research project that starts in September every year.
