Environmental policy

PONS IP, S.A., a global consultancy specialising in Industrial and Intellectual Property, aware of the current situation regarding the environment and climate change and following its objectives of improvement and co-responsibility with society, is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its activity, ensuring an efficient use of natural resources and reducing, as far as possible, its carbon footprint.

This Environmental Policy establishes the vision and commitment of PONS IP to environmental protection and climate change mitigation, which are:

• Adequately manage environmental risk, in particular the prevention of pollution.
• Adopt the necessary measures to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, as well as other obligations assumed voluntarily.
• Adapt environmental actions to our organisational culture, ensuring coherence with the rest of the company’s policies and implementing the necessary processes to obtain continuous improvement.
• Managing natural resources as effectively and efficiently as possible and prioritising sustainable solutions. Minimising the consumption of water, paper and energy, reducing the generation of waste and emissions and favouring reduction, reuse and recycling practices.
• Reducing, as far as possible, the carbon footprint of our activity.

PONS IP is aware of the importance of caring for the environment in the sustainability of its business and that its conservation also depends on its involvement in protecting and minimising its deterioration.

The PONS IP Management assumes the commitment to guarantee compliance with this Policy and to make it available to all the company’s stakeholders, as well as to promote and monitor actions to minimise the environmental impact of its activity.
