China is the first economy in the world, a title directly related to the settlement and constant improvement of the country’s legal framework on Intellectual Property and as such, it has recognized the importance of innovation, knowledge and Intellectual Property to strengthen its economy.
In line with the latest reforms implemented, new updates have now been incorporated into IP legislation, taking into account the current technological revolution.
