PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group), an organization that brings together numerous professionals and brands from the pharmaceutical industry, has celebrated the 99th edition of their fall conference in Berlin.
This biannual event offers a magnificent opportunity to make contact with companies in the industry and with colleagues dedicated to the protection of intangible assets in this worldwide dynamic and active industry.
From October 2nd to 5th, numerous professionals from the pharmaceutical industry, together with international companies specialized in intellectual property from all over the world, traveled to the German capital for the two-day meeting to share and debate the main current issues and problems faced by the sector.
The counterfeiting of medicines, the challenge of regulating personal data in the industry, and the management of international portfolios of pharmaceutical trademarks were some of the main issues dealt with at this conference, attended, on behalf of PONS IP, by our colleague from the International Department, Ana Gómez.
