Jean Devaureix, our partner and head of patent litigation, has been listed as an ‘IP Star’ for the first time in the 2020/2021 ranking of ‘Managing Intellectual Property’ (MIP), an international intellectual property benchmark magazine.

Along with the recognition of Devaureix’s positive professional career, we can also mention our Trademark Manager, Carmen González, who once again earns the “IP Star 2021” designation, which she achieved last year as one of the national and international leaders in the trademark sector, both in consultancy and in strategy and registration.

To make the decision, analysts of the British journal assessed both their reputation among professionals as well as clients’ assessment of their professional performance. Undoubtedly, both factors had a decisive influence on our colleagues’ recognition.

In addition to individual support, PONS IP has also been included as a recommended trademark and patent processing firm at the corporate level in the IP STARS 2021 ranking featuring the main Spanish law firms. This is currently the international benchmark in the intellectual property sector, listing only the top firms in 70 jurisdictions worldwide.
