Managing Intellectual Property (MIP), a reference worldwide publication in the field of intellectual property, has recently published the 2024 edition of its prestigious IP Stars ranking with a list of the leading firms in patent prosecution.

The ranking recognises the best IP management firms. Thanks to the work of our Patent Department, led by Ana Herrera and made up of a team of 40 professionals specialised in fields such as biotechnology, engineering and chemistry, among others, PONS IP is positioned as one of the leading intellectual property services companies in Spain in the management and prosecution of patents, achieving Tier 2 status.

This annual and exclusive ranking, based on six months of research, employs a methodology based on interviews, questionnaires and e-mails to clients as well as the opinion of other companies in the sector. MIP analysts assess the amount of information available on each firm and its accessibility, the strength of the team, the achievements made for clients and the company’s track record, including publication in the analysis of all firms specialising in Intellectual Property in more than 70 countries.
