Luis Ignacio Vicente, Strategic Advisor, and Guillermo Criado, Director of International Business Development at PONS IP, have been recognised for the second consecutive year in the prestigious international ranking IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2025, compiled by the prestigious publication Intellectual Asset Management (IAM).

The IAM Strategy 300 is the only global ranking that identifies professionals capable of turning intellectual property into a strategic business asset. Since 2009, this list has brought together experts who stand out for their ability to create value through their knowledge and experience in the application of intellectual property strategies, thus helping companies to boost the growth of their business by means of trademark and patent valuation, promoting agreements and technology transfer, strengthening the protection of their intangible assets and ensuring a solid position in increasingly competitive markets. The selection process is highly rigorous, as only those professionals nominated by at least three external references and evaluated after an exhaustive analysis of their track record and capabilities are accepted.

Within this framework, Guillermo Criado has been recognised in the categories of IP Management Consultancy and Legal, highlighting his experience in defining international strategies for the protection of intangible assets and his key role in the global expansion of PONS IP, with a presence in more than 180 jurisdictions.

In turn, Luis Ignacio Vicente has been ranked in six areas: Brokering, IP Management Consultancy, Licensing, M&A, Technology Transfer and Valuation, endorsing his extensive career spanning more than 30 years in the management of global R&D&I portfolios, international licences, technology transfer operations and intangible asset valuation projects.

The inclusion of both professionals for the second year running reinforces PONS IP’s leadership as a leading consulting firm in the protection and comprehensive management of intangible assets, as well as its commitment to offering innovative, high added-value solutions to its nearly 30,000 clients worldwide.
