Nowadays, our offices are fully operational and providing services as they normally do. However, in response to the current situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 worldwide, we would like to inform you that our company has already taken a series of prevention and contingency measures to fully develop our activities and guarantee the provision of our services, which are detailed below:
- Creation of a Monitoring Committee and implementation of a Prevention Plan to provide our global teams with specific instructions for the minimization of contagion risks.
- Activation of a Contingency Plan with measures and actions to guarantee the provision of our services if the circumstances and/or health authorities require so.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that one of PONS IP‘s priorities is the active promotion of telecommuting, one of the main flexible work policies established in 2015 for our employees.
Nowadays, one out of two PONS IP professionals is already working remotely, and we have sufficient technical capacity to increase this percentage to a higher number of workers without hindering our service quality.
