The summer edition of World Trademark Review 2019 has recently released its annual study focused on the analysis and evaluation of the activities carried out by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), where the renowned journal collects the most proactive firms in trademark filing, both at a national and European level.

PONS IP has once again been praised for its work, being at the top of this new ranking in both categories, strengthening its position as one of the benchmark firms in trademark applications in Spain and Europe.

The ranking studies a total of 50 firms, among which our firm has managed to rank ninth in Europe and third at a national level.

PONS IP has also been acclaimed for its work on patents after being distinguished by the Managing Intellectual Property journal in its 2019 IP Stars study for the third consecutive year.

The prestigious ‘IAM 1000’ ranking recommended the activity of our firm in the patents area in June of this year, and now this new international award as ‘Star Patent’ highlights the work of PONS IP, strengthening our leadership as one of the best patent filing firms.

These two new awards in prestigious international journals, added to our previous distinctions, position us as one of the best firms in trademark and patent filing in Spain and Europe.
