The agreement provides for the joint implementation of signature solutions in the field of intellectual property through services based on blockchain technology and the use of public key infrastructure.
As a digital partner for the deployment of these solutions, Signeblock will use qualified time stamping, electronic signature and traceability technologies based on blockchain which, together with the knowledge of the sector’s needs from PONS IP, will bring to the market legaltech solutions that strengthen the protection of assets such as trade secrets, patents, trademarks, industrial designs, utility models and creations eligible for protection through copyright, among others.
The agreement also seeks to address one of the most requested demands of the industry, enabling evidence to be digitally recorded with full legal warranty, in the field of innovation, emerging technologies and creative industries.
