On Tuesday, January 22, PONS IP will hold a joint conference with ISDE business school in which the keys regarding the reform of the Trademark Law will be analyzed. This new law came into force in Spain on Monday January 14 and affects both new applicants for Spanish trademarks and Spanish trademark owners.
