El segundo episodio de nuestro podcast “Privilegios de Invención” está dedicado a uno de los derechos de propiedad industrial más conocidos y también más recurridos por las empresas a nivel mundial: la marcas. Anualmente, se solicitan en todo el mundo más de 11 millones de marcas, de las cuales cerca de 50.000 corresponden a España. Sin embargo, a pesar de su masivo uso, todavía existen cuestiones objeto de debate, como la figura del abogado de empresa y su relación con los departamentos de marketing, desarrollo de negocio y incluso branding, el papel de la Administración Pública en estos proceso de vigilancia y protección de los derechos marcarios o incluso la evolución de la propia legislación en un mundo cada vez más cambiante.
