In Patents, it consolidates its positioning and reinforces its European leadership in the strategic management of intangible assets, as well as its ability to support companies operating in technology-driven innovation environments.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PONS IP, a global consultancy specialising in industrial and intellectual property, has once again been recognised by <strong>Managing Intellectual Property (MIP)<\/strong> in the 2026 edition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipstars.com\/Jurisdiction\/spain\/Rankings\/8522#rankings\">IP Stars ranking<\/a>, where it has achieved the highest classification (Tier 1) in Trademarks and maintains a strong position in Patents (Tier 2). This result consolidates PONS IP as one of the leading firms in the Spanish market and reinforces its integrated approach to the protection, management and strategic valorisation of intangible assets in an increasingly technology-driven and disruptive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This recognition comes at a particularly significant time for PONS IP\u2019s Trademark practice, which has strengthened its leadership both nationally and across Europe. The firm has been identified as the leading Spanish trademark applicant before the EUIPO in 2025, according to <em>Cinco D\u00edas<\/em>, and has also been ranked among the top 10 firms in Europe for EU trademark filings, based on data from the IP Pilot report.
