The event will bring together more than 10,000 professionals from over 140 jurisdictions, including legal advisers, in-house legal counsel, business decision-makers and institutional representatives, at a time of profound regulatory, technological and economic transformation within the IP ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organised by the <strong>International Trademark Association (INTA<\/strong>), the 2026 event takes place at a pivotal moment for the sector, with Intellectual Property establishing itself as a strategic asset for business growth, directly linked to innovation, competitiveness and risk management. Over the course of the five working sessions, key issues for the future of IP and its impact on business will be addressed, such as developments in IP law, the impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, data governance, international trademark protection, and the management and monetisation of intangible assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PONS IP\u2019s participation at INTA 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, PONS IP will be attending INTA 2026 with a strong delegation of seven professionals and a packed schedule of meetings, with the aim of contributing to the international debate and strengthening relationships with key players in the global intellectual property ecosystem. The consulting firm\u2019s delegation will be led by <strong>Isabel Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, Director of Institutional Projects, and <strong>Guillermo Criado<\/strong>, Director of International Business Development, both of whom hold strategic roles within INTA\u2019s own organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, from an institutional and policy perspective, Isabel Cort\u00e9s is a member of INTA\u2019s <em>Famous and Well<\/em><em>\u2011Known Marks<\/em> <em>Committee<\/em>, one of the leading bodies of the Association in defining the criteria and policies relating to the protection of well-known and renowned trademarks. Their participation in this Committee will enable PONS IP to attend the various scheduled meetings and contribute directly to the analysis of legislative developments and regulatory proposals in different jurisdictions aimed at strengthening regulatory consistency and legal certainty for rights holders operating internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In turn, <strong>Guillermo Criado<\/strong> , a member of the <em>INTA Bulletins Correspondents Pool <\/em>since 2026, will contribute legal analyses, regulatory follow-up and commentary on current affairs to the INTA Bulletin, the sector\u2019s leading publication. Through this role, PONS IP plays an active part in disseminating specialised knowledge and contributing to the international legal debate, linking professional practice with key regulatory and market trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside Isabel Cort\u00e9s and Guillermo Criado, the PONS IP delegation is rounded off by the presence of five other leading professionals, including <strong>Roc\u00edo Peris<\/strong>, the consulting firm\u2019s Commercial Director, along with <strong>Juan Camilo Amaya<\/strong>, Assistant Director of PONS IP Colombia, and the team of consultants specialising in industrial property within the International Division, including <strong>Jos\u00e9 Pons<\/strong>, <strong>Jialin Chen<\/strong> and <strong>Carlota S\u00e1nchez-C\u00e9spedes,<\/strong> who will carry out a busy schedule in London focused on knowledge-building, targeted networking and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
