According to European Trademark Office (EUIPO) publications from 1996 to 2024, our intellectual property consulting firm holds the top spot for the volume of European Union trademark applications registered from Spain for the twenty-eighth consecutive month, in addition to being one of the most prestigious firms at the international level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With consolidated data up to 2024, our company has applied for nearly 16,042 European Union trademarks, which leads to the consolidation of PONS IP as the Spanish industrial property consulting firm with the largest volume of registrations before the EUIPO, both for national and international holders from Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This same positive trend is maintained if we analyse last year alone, since according to data from the EUIPO itself, our consulting firm PONS IP processed 877 European Union trademark applications, which represented an increase of 23% compared to last year\u2019s data. Given this significant volume of applications and growth, the importance of international clients at PONS IP is especially noteworthy, where approximately one in four applications in 2024 came from companies based outside our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
