Our intellectual property consulting firm has been visited this week by various representatives of the Chinese business ecosystem and professionals with responsibility in the field of intellectual property in the leading regions of the Asian giant. At the headquarters of our Fundaci\u00f3n PONS, representatives of PONS IP gave a practical workshop with the aim of sharing our vision on the regulation for protecting assets in the European Union as well as the relationship between the Offices for the registration and projection of innovation in Spain and the European Union with Asian Offices, exploring the synergies between the development of business and technological projects and the processes for registering that innovation under the various regulatory frameworks of intellectual property worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conversation, led by our lawyer and intellectual property consultant in the International Area at PONS IP, Patricia Mart\u00ednez Carrasco, together with our consultant and intellectual property expert Silvia Benito, served to highlight the legal opportunities and challenges that they pose and to study cases in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, data spaces and blockchain, together with Smart Contracts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting ended with a presentation of activity, success cases and outstanding projects in the fields of intellectual property and technology of PONS IP, culminating in an interesting networking that served to explore synergies and exchange impressions between Intellectual Property between Asia, Latin America and the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n
