The five most relevant changes are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered and unregistered designs will have a new designation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will be possible to include more designs in a single application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As of 2025, there will no longer be the option to file a sample that represents the design, and there will be the option to file applications in digital and video formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The digital designs that will remain in the metaverse or NFT\u2019s will receive protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lastly, a new specific clause is created that will liberalise the spare parts market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What does protection of a design provide?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Protecting a design<\/strong>&nbsp;is essential in today\u2019s world and in a global and competitive market.
