IAM Patent 1000 2022 \u2013 The World\u2019s Leading Patent Professionals,<\/a> the main international information benchmark in the intellectual property sector in the patent area, has acknowledged the outstanding work of our companies as well as that of five of our professionals from both the patent prosecution and litigation areas in its latest 2022 edition.

According to the international journal, PONS IP is a “first-rate” resource for processing services and has strengthened its position as a benchmark for national and international companies. According to the IAM Patent 1000, clients especially highlight PONS IP’s “precise, effective and efficient style” and its ability to work as a team in all technical disciplines in the patent area.

The IAM Patent 1000 ranking analysts have also highlighted “the outstanding quality of the work” which also has a useful training platform that keeps clients up to date with the latest developments in the IP field, which IAM Patent 1000 considers “an important plus”.

Individually, the international ranking highlights the work of the Assistant Director-General and Patent Director, Patricia Ramos<\/strong>. Regarding the head of PONS IP, clients pointed out to the publication the “wisdom” in her advice to companies in the life sciences sector, in which Ramos leverages her experience in the sector to provide solutions “with a very intelligent business vision”.

IAM Patent 1000 says that Patricia is joined by “outstanding” figures such as Isabel Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, Director of International Relations and Projects, and the newcomer to the ranking, Ana Herrera<\/strong>, head of Biotechnology in the Patent Area. “Isabel does a great job in protecting the reputation of her clients and has their full confidence when dealing with Spanish and European briefs”. On her part, Herrera has assisted leading public entities in the drafting and registration of Spanish patent applications and the Patent Cooperation Treaty on complex issues such as nanomaterials, biomedicine and biofuels, among others.

Finally, for engineering and software matters, clients call on the “proven expertise” of Gabriel Castilla<\/strong>, while for all litigation matters they are seamlessly managed by the Head of Patent Litigation, Jean Devaureix<\/strong>, of whom IAM Patent values his skill and “strategic vision”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
