PONS IP has once again being recommended as one of the top firms for trade mark prosecution and for patent prosecution in Spain<\/strong>. This recognition comes from Managing Intellectual Property<\/a>, that distinguishes us within its 2018 IP Stars <\/strong>research. This is the second consecutive year that our company ranks on both lists, which features the main trade mark firms in 85 jurisdictions and patent firms in 50 jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

To develop ranking, Managing Intellectual Property carried out two comprehensive surveys between September 2017 and January 2018. To this end, public data on the activity of the companies as well as surveys and interviews within the industry and a thorough investigation of the work carried out have been considered.<\/p>\n

The same magazine recently distinguished PONS IP as the top filer Spanish firm in PCT patent applications<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
