BIOSPAIN is the largest international biotechnology event in Europe<\/strong>, both in number of bilateral meetings and in number of participating companies (more than 800 in 2017). This year, the meeting will be held in Seville on September 25-27, 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As a member of the Spanish Association of Biocompanies (Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Bioempresas, ASEBIO), PONS IP will once again participate in BIOSPAIN, an extraordinary meeting point with our clients in the sector and, in addition, an ideal forum for exchanging knowledge and impressions on the needs and demands of the bioindustry in relation to intellectual property<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In 2015, there were 2,981 companies operating in Spain dedicated to biotechnology-related activities, 8.72% more than the previous year. These data, from the 2016 ASEBIO Report, demonstrate the growth of the sector in recent years and the need for a large meeting forum for biotechnology companies in Spain.<\/p>\n
