PONS IP is once again one of the recommended firms in trademark filing within the prestigious IP Stars<\/strong>&nbsp;ranking published this February 2019. This is the third consecutive year the firm appears in this ranking, an international benchmark within the intellectual property sector which covers the main agencies from 70 jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

The IP Stars&nbsp;ranking is published annually by the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine, which conducts a detailed research to develop this shortlist of trusted firms by country. To this end, they collect information obtained from professionals in the sector as well as from competitor firms, from the clients <\/strong>themselves, and from official data provided by the Intellectual Property Office from each country. Next March, MIP will publish the results of the Patent ranking, prepared using a similar methodology.<\/p>\n

The attributes that have been taken into account when choosing us as a ‘recommended firm’ have been our expertise, workload, reputation, results achieved for clients and our strengths<\/strong> across the different practice areas.<\/p>\n

PONS IP has also recently received recognition for its work in Patent filing from MIP, which highlighted the firm’s work as a ‘top filer’ in PCT Patents. This means that PONS IP is currently the Spanish firm with the highest number of international patents filed through such procedure.<\/p>\n
